Clovis Point is a 83,000 sf Intermediate School built for Eastmont School District in 2003. This was one of the first projects in Eastern Washington using the GC/CM delivery method rather than bid.Estimated at $144/sf it was built for $180/sf

EASTMONT HIGH SCHOOL
The Eastmont High School Modernization and Addition is a 205,000 complicated phased, occupied project. It's estimate in July 2012 was $31 million, $155/SF

EASTMONT JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Built in 2001, this 151,000 sf Jr. High serves Eastmont School District
in East Wenatchee, Wa. The estimate was $144/sf

EASTERN WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY RESIDENCE HALL
The first Dorm project built for EWU in many years, this 105,000 sf Residence Hall had an estimate of $17.4 million in early 2012.

EASTERN WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY SENIOR HALL
Senior Hall, a 49,000sf Modernization and Addition carried an estimate of $173/sf when bid in 2004. It features a large lecture room and open atrium area

Freeman Elementary School - A 45,000 sf Modernization and Addition featuring a separate Multi-Purpose Building, had an estimate of $8.6 million in July of 2010.

FREEMAN HIGH SCHOOL
This 80,000 sf Mod-Add bid in the spring of 2009.It's estimate was $150/sf

Featuring offices, meeting areas, and a large Training Bay, this 68,000sf facility includes blast resistant and security features needed in our post 9-11 world. The estimate was $9.6 million

RIDGEVIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Ridgeview Elementary, built for Spokane Public Schools, 48,000 sf built in 2005. It's estimate was $136/sf

SPOKANE YMCA YWCA
Combining downtown Spokanes YMCA and YWCA's into one facility, the YM side at 45,000 sf includes aquatics, gym, workout areas, and lockers rooms. The 42,000sf YW side houses offices, day care, and meeting areas. Built in 2008 with an estimate of $15.4 million

STERLING MIDDLE SCHOOL
Another great Eastmont School District project, this 84,000sf Addition and Modernization had a $14.2 million estimate, or $168/sf. It bid in May of 2012

WESTVIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Spokane Schools Westview Elementary was built as a replacement for the existing facility. Bid in 2011 with an estimate of $200/sf, this 59,000sf school features Bay windows, shading devices, and 'leaf' themed interior finishes.

KIONA-BENTON CITY HIGH SCHOOL
Ki-Be as it is locally known, is a 96,000sf intricate modernization and addition. Phased and occupied, it bid in the summer of 2007 with an estimate of $147/sf

Orient School
In remote northeast part of Washington, the Orient School is one of the oldest continually operating schools in the state. A phased, occupied 18,000sf modernization and addition, the estimate in summer of 2011 was $3.9 million
